It's now the second week of September and the days are starting to get a little bit cooler.  Back on Memorial Day weekend our Fab Finds consisted of some summer to fall transition pieces and today I am wearing some of my personal favorites. This sweater, albeit old, is a trusty stand-by for early fall; it's light enough yet prevents me from needing a jacket just yet! These J. Crew suede peep-toe booties are also necessary along with the rolled up jeans while it's still warm enough.  You must know, as much as I love these pieces, I'm still having a little trouble saying goodbye to summer...
