It was freezing cold and the day after a snow storm, but I felt like wearing some bright colors and fun patterns to brighten up this winter day. This old church, near my house, is a well known wedding photography spot and I've always wanted to know what it looked like inside... except the day I picked to explore, my hands almost froze off (hence the fists in almost every photo), my sister had to carry me through the snow, and I almost got attacked by a pigeon. ANYWAYS... I bought this dress for future trips to warm locations and the not-so-close summery months but I just don't have patience for those kinds of things. The Glitterati have been preaching their love for neons and brights however, so I "winterized" this dress with a cozy cardigan and some booties.
I got the idea for these DIY braided bracelets from the blog, Honestly WTF. They have some great DIY bracelet and other jewelry ideas!

I love this! The pop of lime makes the outfit so fun. I always score the best pieces on Hautelook, sad I missed that dress!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots, Ally! Especially love the tights. Such a pretty location (save for the near bird attack!)
